Meet Sumeet

California native Sumeet Malik has assisted buyers and sellers throughout the Bay Area since 2016, specializing in Silicon Valley and Santa Clara County. His clients range from first-time buyers and military families to multi-million dollar owners, but with every client, Sumeet’s mission is the same: to deliver the utmost in customer service and professionalism.

Sumeet’s well-rounded background in sales, marketing, and recruitment is suited to the many hats he wears as a real estate professional. He is equally as comfortable negotiating personal relationships as he is hammering out the terms of a complex deal. One skill that elevates Sumeet above other agents is his ability to figure out people’s motivations. He doesn’t just ask why his clients want to buy a home—he asks why they want that particular home in that specific neighborhood. He knows that once he answers that question, he will be able to guide them to the home of their dreams. The same is true for sellers: once he tunes into why they are listing a property, he can ensure they get the best possible return on investment.

In addition to his real estate career, Sumeet is a notary public and a full-time recruiter for an AI startup. Outside of work, Sumeet extends his passion for helping others by volunteering in the community—one of his favorite organizations is City Team San  Jose. He is an avid traveler and photographer and loves capturing images of people and nature in their native habitats. He also enjoys boxing and hiking.
