Yoshika brings a wealth of dedication, resilience, and a passion for community to her work as a real estate professional. A first-generation college graduate with an undergraduate degree from Georgia Tech and a MBA from San Jose State University, Yoshika balanced raising three children while building her own relocation business. Her personal journey has instilled a deep appreciation for helping families navigate life’s transitions, whether they’re settling into a new community or finding their dream home.
 
Balancing education, family, and entrepreneurship has shaped her approach to real estate. She understands the value of community, and she is passionate about helping others find their place within one. She understands firsthand the complexities of relocation and the importance of finding the right community. Her goal is to make the buying and selling process seamless, stress-free, and even enjoyable, all while fostering connections that turn neighborhoods into communities.
 
When she’s not guiding clients through the real estate process, Yoshika loves traveling and immersing herself in different cultures, gaining new perspectives that enrich both her personal and professional life. She also enjoys spending quality time with her boys (Michael and Clive) at baseball and football games, creating lasting memories while cheering on their favorite teams. Yoshika and her daughter (Katharine) share a love for shopping and exploring new foods, bonding over exciting finds and delicious meals.  These experiences fuel her commitment to building strong, vibrant communities where families can thrive.
