Rated one of the best suburbs on the West Coast, Campbell offers a great deal to its 40,000 residents. This town lies between Los Gatos and San Jose.
 
Historic downtown Campbell is home to lovely shops, restaurants, and a weekend farmer’s market. You’ll also find the Campbell Historical Museum, skatepark, and community center near downtown. A gyro from Opa’s front patio on a summer evening is tough to beat. Or walk to your hot cup of coffee at Orchard Valley Coffee. You won’t have trouble finding something you like in downtown Campbell.
 
The Los Gatos Creek flows through Campbell with very popular jogging and biking trail adjacent to it. There are several parks (including lit basketball courts) and ponds near the creek, making it a beautiful place to exercise.
 
Single-family homes make up most of the real estate in Campbell. Houses near downtown are older, displaying unique architectural styles.
Sports are also a huge priority for the city where residents take youth programs seriously. The youth baseball program has sent teams to the Little League World Series on 14 occasions.
